Shana and the team at Bloom Real Estate was incredible to work with - they handled both the sale of our current home and the purchase of our new home.

My partner has purchased a home before, however this was my first time buying. Being somewhat high-strung, I was very apprehensive going into this process. However, Shana was incredible about answering questions in a timely fashion, while never making me feel like I was being too high maintenance.

At a strange time in the market, Shana guided us with expertise and confidence. When we were unsure Shana provided sound, evidence-based counsel and recommendations so that we could make the best decision for ourselves.Trusting in her experience made the processes of both sale and purchase as fluid and pain-free as possible.

Shana went above and beyond, providing us a place to stay and work while our own home underwent viewings and various inspections. She even offered that we bring along our dog! Shana was truly warm and gracious in all she did for us.
