Well---our home buying journey was very interesting and definitely a learning experience. The one person who made it so easy to stay on the road to success, was Williamsburg's very own--Miss Suzanne Dana! She is one amazing person and nothing short of the best! Not only is her customer service top of the line but she made sure we knew everything about our purchase and always answered all of our millions of questions!

After we sold our house in California in 2020, We have intensely searched with several different agents in Williamsburg, Virginia and decided to go with Suzanne Dana from her awesome reputation and flying gold stars reviews. Suzanne did such a good job with helping me sell my mother's house. We were out of state so it was hard to be there to take care of a lot of things. Suzanne did so much extra for us. I have bought a house before but I never sold a house before. There were so many things to consider big things and small things. Suzanne new just what to do in each situation. Superb experience working with Suzanne as our realtor. She is professional, knowledgeable of the housing market, amicable, and flexible with scheduling. She did all of the final preparations to make the house market-ready as we had already moved out of area. She took photos of our house, prepared the listings and had the house on the market in five days…very efficient and effective. She also showed the house to a few potential buyers whose realtors could not attend. A true pleasure to work with Suzanne and she has my strongest recommendation as a real estate agent.
