An amazing realtor!! My husband and I were new to Richmond and were first-time home buyers. We sought out Chad to be our realtor, because we wanted someone who had experience with VA loans, and who knew the area well. Chad and his team were there for us from the beginning until the end!! Chad Seay and his team were great. When asked, they recommended reliable people to clean, take care of yard work and power wash Dad's home in preparing it for sale. The house went on the market July 1 and the closing was July 30!! I am very pleased with Chad!
