Chris was absolutely outstanding! When my husband and I came across a home that Chris was selling, we decided to reach out to him. Although the house wasn't the right fit for us, Chris was incredibly helpful and offered to assist us with our home buying journey. We eagerly accepted his offer!

BLUF, 100% best real estate agency in the area! Chris sold our home in 24hrs!!! We had an amazing experience working with Chris and Craig who went above and beyond our expectations. Before finding Q Real Estate, we had our house on the market for about 3-4 months with another agency with no movement. After discussions with Chris, we made the decision to switch agencies, and during the initial meeting, he explained everything in detail and left no question unanswered. Chris guided us through the selling process making suggestions along the way in preparation to list our home again. He identified ways to better market the house, and requested new listing pictures. Once the home was listed, we receive two offers the same day it went on the market.
