I purchased a home from The RVA Group Realty, Rocio Espericueta in 2022. It has been nonstop cost since I bought the home. The house was sold with a disclosure in relation to the agent being related to the seller.

I would be very cautious using this realty group. They represent their own families that do poor quality flips on homes. The goal is to extort you for as much capital to make a selfish gain. Post purchase, I even reached out to the group and was berated by the manager. After a very confrontational conversation, I told they would see what they could do. I never heard back. Stay away from using this group or the houses they sell.
