We sold our property in 5 days working with Maggie Paige. We worked with an outside realtor before, and couldn’t sell at a much lower price.

Maggie didn’t try to persuade us to lower the price with the so-called comps, as many other realtors do, and was fast and to-the-point in communication in every step. We couldn’t believe when she brought not one but two offers in less than a week, right during the Christmas holiday.

We feel so lucky for having Maggie as our rep and would recommend her to any owners in the Kingsmill resort who may consider listing their properties.

As retirees we were looking for properties in Virginia Beach, we learned of the golf course of KingsMill, visited and became hooked on this area (loved the trees).
