We were referred to Kathy and Cindy by two separate friends, and could not have had a better experience. From day one all the way through closing, they were patient, accessible, and went out of their way to be helpful. We were purchasing a home from out-of-state, and they both made a point to schedule tours around our limited availability when we were visiting the area, and when we couldn’t be local, to take us FaceTime tours of the houses we were interested in, at our convenience.
They are extremely thorough, and we never felt pressured to make an offer on any house we looked at until we found the one WE wanted. In fact, they were very knowledgable in pointing out potential pitfalls or items that could require upcoming or significant maintenance in the future. We truly felt they had our best interest at heart, and when it came time to put in our offer, they did their due diligence and were able to advise us on what the sellers were looking for, and even in a very competitive market, our offer was accepted, and we got the house of our dreams.

Home behind me for sale. This home is listed small homestead. I looked up listing for my son. In the photos listing the home where two photos of my front lot which are two pastures. When open house and sale sign were erected on March 2nd 2024, I learned Resource Realty Services, agent Stacey McCauley was handling the sale. I confronted, demanded the two photos to be taken down at once. Reaction; it’s just a donkey (which was in one of the photos), what’s it going to hurt. I was shocked. Seems by the response given of my demand, this is normal practice for Resource to misrepresent their listings. The two photos are now off listing. Be cautious of this reality service.
