Generally find a new place can be stressful. Nina helpede eliminate the stress of finding a last minute place. She was upfront and honest with the units and worked with me to get me in.

The BEST management company. Nina and her staff go above and beyond doing everything they can to help the renters and owner. Living out of state makes it hard to handle rental properties. Nina made it easier on us and she became like family to everyone.

Nina and her team make it easy to own property from afar and receive rent income. When I've had pipes break or other issues, she has an experienced maintenance group in-house who can handle it, without being overly expensive and leaving me feeling gauged by high prices taking advantage. The only suggestion I have for making this a 5 star review would be to have bookkeeping that does a better job identifying when a tenant doesn't pay and contacting me immediately. I often have to wait until I balance my checkbook to identify this. But honestly, it's my responsibility to catch it. Hers to respond appropriately with the tenant. So I'm satisfied and happy using Property management Plus.

Best property management ever. Nina and staff truly become one with the owner. I had been through 3 before finding them!
