I didn’t know anything about Alison before I began working with her as my realtor, in other words I hadn’t been referred to her by any friends, so I didn’t know what to expect. Almost immediately however, I was confident that she would be providing excellent service, which she consistently did throughout my condo search, showing, offer, negotiation, closing, and further advice after closing. I had quite a few questions for her during the process and special requests for information and she always responded promptly and accurately. After the sale of our condo fell apart, I reached out to Alison to see if she might have another buyer. Alison once lived in our condo development and is, in my opinion, the neighborhood expert. She had sold many other condos here and was very well respected. She provided a monthly summary of real estate activity in Colony Club and being a former agent myself, I was very interested in this. She sent it out in the wee small hours of the morning on this particular day and when I reached out, I didn’t expect an answer so soon. Within a couple of days, she brought two potential buyers to us and sold our home for more than we were going to sell it for to our first buyer. If you want an experienced agent who is professional, courteous, always reachable and gets the job done, you will not be disappointed with Alison.
