Kristie Cooke and Lake Anna Property Management are amazing and have great rental properties. We highly suggest Falcon's Nest, it is a beautiful custom log cabin on a large wooded lot with tons of wildlife. It's clean and perfectly decorated with a hot tub, kayaks, game area, boat dock, large field, outdoor fire pit all overlooking Contrary Creek on Lake Anna Virginia. The water here is the cleanest on the lake and nearly 40' just off the dock. We visit as often as possible.

Kristie and her team were extremely helpful from the time we inquired about our rental in December of 2023 all the way through our lease. They responded quickly, they gave ample amount of notice when showing the rental at the end of the lease as well. I could not recommend any group more! They will help you, but more importantly they’re honest with you and follow through with everything! Thank you for a great year! Taking a chance on young renters is never easy, but we appreciated the time and chance you all gave us!

Our extended family just returned from a Lakeside house in Lake Anna managed by Kristie’s company and it was a nightmare! Upon arrival our house was filthy and listed amenities were not available and/or in proper working condition. The linens (which we paid extra for even though on the VRBO listing they were provided) were stained and yellow. The linens were left wrinkled and folded at the foot of each bed so I’m not even sure what we paid for. The master even had period blood on the mattress cover and sheets! There were mouse droppings throughout the kitchen cabinets, the fridge was dirty, no hand towels or pot holders were provided, 1 garbage bag was left and there were cobwebs throughout the home. The bunk bed room was unusable. All 3 bunks came without railings. Absolutely unsafe for children! It reeked of water damage or mildew. A humidifier definitely needs to be run in that space. We found dirty underwear under one of the bunk mattresses. Absolutely disgusting! The grill was filthy and un able to be used, the chandelier in the main dining space was nonfunctional and the ladder to the lake was non existent. The list goes on and on. KRISTIE, the owner of this company, was completely unhelpful or downright rude. She refused to accommodate our family or even attempt to resolve major issues. She has since been accusatory, vindictive and dishonest. How she is in the hospitality business is beyond me! Steer clear of this company. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.
