Mars Hill managed my property for about 6.5 years, the first year while I was out of the country and continuing as I moved to another state, until I made the decision to sell. I have been very happy with everyone I have interacted with, from first meeting, through all maintenance and marketing interactions, to final close out of the last tenant.

Of particular interest, beyond the normal wear and tear, replacing a dishwasher, etc., Mars Hill managed a difficult period when my roof failed and the resulting damaged on all three floors had to be repaired in my absence. Ed Lui got on the phone with me and the main person who'd be guiding the repairs, to set expectations since this was beyond their usual support. I was so pleased and grateful for the help throughout that period as well as the rest of my time with them. They found good tenants for me and made my time as a landlord exceptionally easy.
