I don't know what's going on with this company located in Blacksburg. I've inquired about a property and every single time I schedule a showing, I get a message to reschedule. I've done this 3 times. I rescheduled my most recent for tomorrow, 9/10, and guess what? Got a text and an email to reschedule AGAIN. I also submitted the application, paid the fees, completed my pet screening, etc. The pet screening came back good. Their website states to contact an email to follow-up on application because they have 48 hours, I did that and guess what? No response. Just money wasted on application fees and late fees added at current residence with no answers due to holding the money for this place. And ues, its been well past the 48 hours. Its been over a week. If you can't follow-up to prospective tenants and even do a showing nor give any answers, why would I want you as a landlord? The particular person in question through this company won't even respond to or answer phone calls. Lol! You surely don't make PMI look good as a while with this type of business etiquette. Ain't no way. Other locations may be better, but this one surely ain't it. So, update.

After posting my review, I receive a call, which I did not answer because ai am no longer interested, and also an email. Their reason was that I did not have the income and credit. Which, I absolutely do. My income and husband's income combined is more than 3 x's the rent. My income alone is 3 x's the rent. My scores aren't the greatest, but based on their criteria on their page, I meet the requirements, with my score being high enough to only need to meet 2 x's the rent in income. 🤣🤣 This company is too funny and so is Whitney.

Just a word of advice for someone going through this company, please wait to post anything negative about your experience until you receive the response you're looking for. It's funny how you have to be negative and call someone's mess out to get a simple professional response. What I said still stands, Whitney could've simply replied this to me through all the calls and follow-ups I've been doing. This let's me know that I was still a prospective tenant until you saw my post. However, I have receipts to back up everything I've said. I was raised to do that for everything.

Makes you wonder why it's still not being rented and has been posted for so long with so many contacts and no one still isnt in there. 🤔
