This is my first apartment and I’m giving it 5 stars. It’s a very nice location, the landlords get back to you very quickly, and the routine maintenance people are a delight. The process for leasing and renewing leases are very simple and quick and it’s just an all around great place to be. No stress over here! And the neighbors are great as well, of course.

We first found Wilkenson Property Management in 2019 when we learned my husband’s job would move us out of country for a couple years. We wanted to continue owing our home but knew we couldn’t assume the responsibility of being landlords long distance so we were referred to Wilkenson by our relator.
For the last We have been satisfied with the level of care that’s been put into finding dependable renters both times we’ve rented our home, the open communication about any maintenance the property requires, the ease of collecting rent each month and the overall care of our home in our absence.
