Would give zero stars but that’s not an option, horrible customer service. Will speak over you, instead of listening to concerns. If you can avoid calling for anything.. DO IT.. Hope you guys run out of business.. Worker there might do better at DMV to be completely honest… For “peace of mind and sanity” avoid at all cost… Worse customer service ever!

Beware. The overall attitude working with Kori was so incredibly condescending. She is able to take a sane person and make them question every part of reality. I ended up waiting forever for repairs and she charged me for things more than 60 days after moving out. Including having an “unauthorized pet” that we had had many conversations about. She added $800 worth of charges after the walk through and then only mentioned them 70+ days later. No matter what the situation actually is, she’ll have an “answer” for everything. Save yourself.

The worst possible management company that is run and operated under predatory business practices. DO NOT EVER rent or work with Kori Lord and her management company, it has been a nightmare, costly, and frankly requiring me to go to court over the matter. She uses predatory fees, and then tries to intimidate folks using the law, while not knowing how to properly enforce anything to begin with.

6:30am landscaping was conducted in our community. When contacting lords property management I was told this needs to be addressed with the board of directors. Very poor excuse of resolution
