Megan Porter is a good professional realtor. She was always courteous. She was available whenever I called or sent a text. She responded to all my concerns.

My mother passed away and had a reverse mortgage. Megan guided me through the selling process, always keeping me up to date. I followed her lead, such as getting the house emptied and cleaned. The house was sold very quickly. She handled getting the septic well and any inspections resolved. Arranged for lawn mowing. She worked diligently to get the job done. Megan was a blessing in the whole process of selling my mother’s house.

Megan is an animal lover. I lived out of state and couldn’t make it there to feed the feral cats. Megan took it upon herself to keep the cats fed. She found a cat rescue that trapped the cats, spayed /neutered them in preparation for their adoption process. Since the neighbors didn’t want the cats on their property, they could not be returned to the property.
