I highly recommend Top Tier Property Management. They have been amazing to work with. Soraya helped get our first rental up and running. She walked us through each and every step, from competitively pricing the unit, to screening tenants, going over lease terms, and helping whenever issues arose. I really appreciate her depth of knowledge about the industry.

The communication is excellent. The company is very responsive and transparent. Emails are answered quickly and thoroughly. The owner portal is extremely easy to use.

Overall we went with the company because they are local and they had so many positive reviews from both tenants and owners/landlords. I feel like they run the business extremely well. I love the quality of their work and the value of everything they offer. I would recommend them to anyone in the Frederick area.

Since securing the service of Top Tier I haven't had one problem. Mrs. Soraya Gillespie was patient and deligent in making sure that we have right tenant. Tenant was thoroughy checked out to make sure we had the right fit.
No need to worry about my property been well taken care of.

Contracts were created and designed to protect all paries. The bottom line is that I am very satisfied with Top Tier Management service and would safely recommend them to anyone in need of a Property Management Company or a Real Estate Agent.

We had done a couple interviews for help to rent out our home as we were relocating due to a military move. She met with us when we were still in the planning phases a few months prior to deciding that we definitely wanted to rent out our home instead of selling. One thing that stood out to us was she was both a property manager and realtor and so we were able to have everything taken care of in one place.
Soraya did not harass us for an answer and gave us plenty of time to review the materials and information provided. After we came to an agreement she sprung into action and provided us with all the resources we needed to be able to list our home for rent.
We are 2 months in with our first tenant and very satisfied with the attention to detail, care, and communication Soraya has given our home.
There has been wonderful communication throughout the process and we are grateful to have her!
