Chris Harold and his professional team deliver excellent results consistently, like no other in our region. As a real estate principal in the DC area for more than 18 years, I have worked with hundreds of sellers, buyers, tenants and landlords, and have significant experience with the services of countless property management companies. When it came time for me to hire a management company for my own condo building in NW, DC, turning to REACS was a no-brainer.

That said, my respect and appreciation for the company has only deepened when I became a customer. Our eight-unit building was newly built in 2022, and my fellow owners and I managed the duties of the association on our own for the first year. The tasks to maintain the building and comply with the governance of our bylaws were becoming laborious and downright stressful. I can confidently speak for our board and all of the owners when I say hiring REACS was the best decision we have ever made for our community. Turning over the responsibilities to Chris was seamless, and not a step was missed in the transition to his management. We have outlined goals for the year ahead, and expectations of where we will be five years from now.

REACS has supported our board to draft new bylaws and secure new practices; making us become fiscally stronger. REACS helped to hire new vendors, better suited for our needs, and has responded promptly to a number of crises we were not prepared for or aware of when they were hired. In addition to the everyday duties it takes to run a property smoothly, Chris and his team helped us successfully navigate a challenging situation with a disruptive owner who refused to pay agreed upon special assessments. The problem was efficiently solved, and we have a happy building again.
