WJD has been great to have for property management! As a renter I get peace of mind knowing that any issues are quickly rectified in a timely manner. We had a leak under the kitchen sink and when I called the after hours help line I got an immediate response and a plumber came at 8am the next morning to fix the issue. WJD is very responsive with sending the details of any maintenance crew coming over and lets us know who we should expect and when. Some of my neighbors also use WJD and have great things to say as well, which was reassuring to hear when we were moving into a new place!

Couldn't ask for a better management company. You can really tell they care about their tenants as they communicate fantastically and never delay with any issue that may arise. Our first year with WJD has been positive. There were a few maintenance issues we encountered but WJD communicated well with us stayed on top of fixing the issue. One example was when we had our AC unit malfunction and needed repair. The part was not readily available and took days for the part to be acquired. During this time, WJD allowed spot coolers to help keep us cool and comfortable. I really felt that our comfort was a priority. Thank you!

WJD is great. Whenever we've had to put in a maintenance request, they've been super resonsive and helpful. I also want to say how awesome Henry is. He comes by every 6 months for property inspections. If he says he'll be there at 1pm then he will be pulling in my driveway at 1pm. You can set your watch to it. In the more than 5 years I've been renting my house through WJD, he has never been more than 2 minutes late. As someone with a really busy schedule, I can't say how much I appreciate that. Of course, he's also a really nice guy as well.
