GRK Property Management is a top tier management company, AND affordable. I very much appreciate Gail's personal attention to my home, and communication. She is always available to take on my questions, and responds rapidly to tenants issues. The online system allows me to track payments and rental properties, and all related documents. One thing I'd like to see more of is the biannual inspection reports or updates. I haven't received one yet. When living across the country, it's an important and valuable update to receive on the status of the property.
