1st review:
Great customer service for Ms. Erin Serrano (4000 Tunlaw Condominiums General Manager). I highly recommend her. She is very responsive to our request and balances out with the legalities of the city, the property, and most especially our rights as residents of the property. Keep up the good work and I hope that you will stay with our property for as long as you can.

2nd review:
Though she is no longer with our property and had a promotion recently still with CMC, I would like to commend also Ms. Stacey Bryant (former Assistant General Manager) for everything that she did for our property. She is very calm and accommodating. She was truly a gem.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Michelle Meyer at the Isabella. She is absolutely phenomenal and has made a significant difference in our community since she has take over as our manager. Her communication skills, passion, transparency, and ability to go the extra mile is what I find and associate in the most professional, caring and trustworthy leaders I have known. She is always available to help and always has a positive attitude. Michelle is the reason that I have decided to NOT sell my condo. Her presence here at the Isabella gives me a tremendous amount of confidence that our community is in great hands. Thank you again for all that you do.

Since the beginning of her tenure, Diana has demonstrated exceptional diligence, reliability, and efficiency. She is consistently quick to respond to inquiries and always communicates in a clear, pleasant, and respectful manner. It is evident that she takes pride in her role and genuinely cares about the well-being and satisfaction of all residents.

Diana has promptly addressed and resolved longstanding issues that had been left unattended in the past, often going above and beyond to ensure that everything is handled swiftly and thoroughly. She is proactive in managing new matters, often taking action even before residents bring them to her attention.

On a personal note, I reached out to Diana regarding a specific issue, and she responded without delay, offering helpful guidance and clear next steps. Her professionalism and attentiveness made the process smooth and stress-free.

I moved to The Isabella back in September 2024, and from what I’ve seen, Michelle Meyer is fantastic! She has been extremely helpful whenever I’ve had any issues or concerns, always addressing them head-on. As a first-time homeowner, I truly appreciate how she has gone above and beyond to assist me.

Michelle is highly professional, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable in her role. She’s a true problem solver, a dedicated hard worker, and always strives to ensure residents are satisfied. I just want to take the opportunity to recognize the exceptional service provided by Mrs Earline Stanley at the front desk here at the Fleet Street Condominiums on National Harbor. As along time resident who works from home, I have the opportunity to see her many times throughout the week and witness her quality service. Every interaction is marked by professional, warmth, and a genuine willingness to help. Whether it’s handling packages, answering questions or simply offering a kind greeting, she consistently goes above and beyond to make residents feel welcome. Mrs Stanley is definitely an asset to our condominium and we are fortunate to have her as part of our community.

Michelle Meyer at The Isabella is an actual saint! In less than 2 years she is the third Building Manager we've had and it was honestly meant to be. She is one of the hardest working people I know- often staying late and coming in early! She is incredibly helpful and truly maintains an open-door policy. Michelle has managed some of the wildest experiences I've seen in an apartment building, and she did it with grace! I truly don't know what our building would do without her.
