The property manger will harass you if you have a housing voucher. They will never give back your security deposit either. Even if your rental property immaculate. They also came in took a million pictures before I even had all my belongings moved out. Than presented those pictures as if I left the home looking that way. Evil people!

Washington Property Group have managed my rental town house in Southern Maryland for several years now. I count on them for getting in rented, taking care of whatever problems arise, and for the maintenance needed. They are also reliable about sending me accounting papers giving information about costs of services and about rent received and then mailing me a monthly check. I would certainly recommend them as honest and dependable property management group. In addition to quality services, their management and maintenance costs are quite reasonable.
Overall I have been very pleased with our partnership with Washington Property Group and would recommend them to anyone that is seeking a well organized and professional team.

When I get settled and prepare my thoughts with this review I will leave pictures and videos to assure you guys have to fully read every review I wished I would have especially the part where they said prepare yourself for a long ride to hell with these guys I have rats the size of cats but it doesn’t even start there please prepare your eyes and yourself for the issue that has been more then a nightmare !!! I moved in January it’s now October and they are working around to fix somethings but you can tell they never wanted to fix it they literally hire anybody let’s start with the fact they use pest now anybody that deals with leasing as myself know they suck and so does everybody else they invited into my home be back to touch basis with all details soon !!!! Hate everything about this company and don’t think for once you will ever get a chance to talk with them on the phone management there sucks also they are so rude and could care less about anybody problem I would hate to bring Age and Race in this but they carried me and my 8 year old the day I moved in we didn’t even have hot water or gas because they never put in my lease my house was gas and electric how could you as a landlord not know that about your property how could you see mold in my refrigerator that's almost anywhere from 900-1200 and ask me to replace it with a basic one everything they do to fix or help is half ass she didn’t want to pay the price it would cost to fix or replace my same fridge instead she offer me a small white basic one mind u rent here is not cheap at all to down grade me is insane I rented this place for the amenities mainly and now I am watching these people take my money and play in my face for the last 3 months constantly.. side note I was charged 200 every time I wanted to pay rent and they still haven’t cared to tell me how to go about getting my funds back I emailed everyone I can’t wait to move and to this day none from the rental portal can help with that I literally feel like they took advantage of my living situation previously and me as a new renter JUST CAME TO ADD ITS BEEN 2 YEARS THEY STILL HAVENT HAD A RENTER GOD DONT LIOKE UGLY AND YALL WONT GET NOTHING GOOD OUT THIS PROPERTY OR THIS GROUP MAY GOD TREAT YALL HOW YALL DID ME AND MY TOODLER 3/28/25 NO RENTERS NO BODY EVEN CHECKS ON THE PROPERTY I RENT A HOUSE RIGHT IN FRONT OF IT THE AREA IS BEAUTYFUL I GREW UP OON 1ST ST BUT THESE PPL ARE MONTERS .......
