The place was small for almost $1500 but in great condition and clean my complaint and dissatisfaction is that I paid $50 that day and as soon as I called after leaving the listed location I was sent a text stating an application was already approved for that location. How ironic I’m sure this was known when I paid $50 that’s just not cool and really bad business. People work hard for their money just for it to be taken like that wasn’t cool.

I just want to give Ashley an amazing review! She was more than wonderful with the communication and overseeing of the rental property I am now living in!!! Everything is as she said or better. She has a wonderful personality and is very understanding!!! In 36 years I can honestly say she’s one of the best people I’ve met dealing with rental properties.

ASHLEY!!!! Was absolutely amazing , I needed a place to move in within 2 weeks. I called and she found a perfect location.I was approved. Now I’m already moved. My advice definitely give her a call. If you’re in a spot where you need something quick . The properties are beautiful . Thank You for making a dream come true ! Ps progress was so quick . If your ready , She’s ready 🙂

This place is evicting a handicapped family that has lived in the same house for 15 years! All because they want to redo it and charge more rent. They gave the handicapped family 30 days to move. Remind you that this family has asked them several times to fix things in this house and nothing has EVER been fixed. The house has slowly went down hill because they refuse to fix anything. This family even had to pay out of their own pocket to have the sewer fixed because it was dumping sewage out onto the property for YEARS and still has not reimbursed the family for this. Way to be an honest company and treat people.
