I purchased a home owned and sold by the Jamil brothers, and I regret it deeply. Since moving in, I’ve discovered issues almost daily. Some of these problems were brought to their attention during the purchase process, and they either claimed to have fixed them or assured me they had been inspected by a professional—neither of which appears to be true.

Their approach is riddled with shortcuts and concealed defects, and the contractors they use are unskilled, leaving work unfinished or poorly done. A home is a major investment, a place to raise your family, and these two have proven they cannot be trusted to meet even the most basic standards.

I strongly urge you to stay far away from the Jamil brothers. Whether buying a home they are selling or working with them in any capacity, you risk facing the same negligence and dishonesty. Prioritize your family’s safety and peace of mind by choosing someone more reliable and ethical.
