Kim and Christine are an amazing team. Kim helped us with a contractor to get the home ready for the next owner. Within one week of going on the MLS is coming soon. The deadline was met. On February 15. We had an open house on that weekend. On Monday we accepted an offer, on Wednesday the next week we signed documents for the sale and close.
