As someone looking to be a first-time buyer, Louis helped the most with his knowledge of the area and types of homes. My wife and I thought that our 'must-haves' wouldn't really fit together but he was able to find them and discuss and explain their differences whether positive or negative. Working with Louis is awesome because you honestly feel like there is someone on your side that wants you to get what you need with the knowledge to be able to break down why or why not when it comes to properties.

Louis was simply amazing. We we’re first time home buyers and he was recommended to us by a family friend who is also a realtor. We can’t say enough about how great Louis was as our selling agent. He provided expert selling advice which got us to the closing table within 30 days of listing and $17K above asking price. He worked diligently to ensure the COVID crisis did not interfere with our closing. Louis is a proactive, full service agent who goes the extra mile to fix any issues before they can become problems. He also offers a military appreciation rebate which saved us a great deal of money. We would highly recommend Louis for anyone’s residential real estate needs. He exceeds all expectations!

Louis is a consummate pro! The thing I have enjoyed the most about him is his service first mentality. I have first-hand watched him dig into his own pocket to help and nurture a transaction to close for a client. He holds himself to a higher ethical standard, and I’ve never met a harder working Realtor. He helped one of my relocation clients into the Northern Virginia area with qualifying for a special loan product available to first time buyers, and then after spending two months with them, helped them find a short term rental until they could clear up some credit challenges. They are now homeowners thanks to his patience!
