We have used Sian for the purchase of our current home and the rental of our former home three times. Each and every time she has been thorough, informative, responsive, and professional.

I have purchased three homes, and she has been by far the best agent I have ever used. Like every agent I have used she was very explicit in encouraging a home warranty for the first year of year of ownership. I listened to her and while we had no problems with this house's appliances it was money well spent.

She has always been a strong and fair advocate for us; anytime she has explicitly told us what to do we listened and have never been steered wrong. I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone looking to either buy, sell, or rent their house.

Well I was wrong of your wanti.g a good Realtor do not use her. My husband and I moved from Texas to Start our journey after retirement of him being on the military for 21 years and I was looking for us a house to rent for the mean time I called about a house that Sian had listed. She was good then but now that we used her again to buy a house not so good. We bought a house thinking that everything was working NOT THE WASHER WENT OUT THE FIRST WEEK OF MARCH.

AND THE FIRST WEEK OF MAY THE AC UNIT WENT OUT

THIS REALTOR DOES NOT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS SHE TELLS HER CLIENTS OTHER PEOPLE S BUSINESS AND ALSO IS NOT A GOOD BUSINESS PERSON.

WE WILL NEVER REFER HER EVER AGAIN.
