Daniel was fantastic to work with from start to finish!
He was direct and clear about the services he offered, including professional photography and virtual staging, and he came with a clear outline of what it looks like to list with him. Not only did Dan take great care of us through the home purchase I was able to tap into his network when it came to dealing with all the various aspects of buying a new home. If you’re looking for a realtor, look no further. Dan is your man! Daniel works mostly through referrals, which says a lot about his skills and character, that his clients think so highly of him to refer to their friends and family. From the start, Dan showed utmost professionalism and always made me feel like I was his top priority. Even though we were in the middle of considering a property when he went on family vacation- which he let me know in advance- we didn’t miss a beat and made sure a colleague was there for anything we needed. The closing process was challenging due to a difficult seller- but Dan made sure everything was done in a timely manner due to his solid network and attention to detail. Daniel did a wonderful job helping my parents purchase a new home in a 55+ community!
