I have had quite a few issues with this company. I showed up at the office at 2:45 pm, on a Thursday during normal business hours; nobody is at the office, the lights are off the doors are locked. I drive 35 minutes to get here to speak with them and attempt to reason with them regarding all of the issues with the property. I have called them many times regarding the rental property they attempted to put me in. There was no maintenance done prior to move in, there was no cleaning done, when they did send cleaning in the cleaner found roaches that I was assured were not there prior to receiving the lease. I have not moved in and am not going to be moving in due to this issue and I have addressed this with them throughly. Ever since I spoke to them regarding getting my money back they have tried to still send maintenance to me about appointments to fix the problems that should have been fixed prior. The previous tenant still has a key to my rental which is not only unsafe but uncomforting. They have also not returned my calls in a timely manner or answered my calls after i requested my money back. I was rarely ever in touch with the company from the start and when I did speak with them regarding why I was moving, what I was comfortable and uncomfortable with due to me having a roach issue at my old complex and it was an issue prior to move in and although I was frustrated with my prior rental, they did handle the issue professionally and took fault for their mistake (my prior rental). I had to end up putting my stuff in a storage unit due to my previous rental and that is when I found this rental. Now my stuff is still in storage because I cannot move in because the rental is not move in ready. I was assured that my concerns would be looked over prior to move in and I truly am disappointed that quite the opposite happened here. Also, when I requested the money back the only consistent person I was in contact with had a family emergency and I do not want to bother her with this issue, but I am truly unsure what to do at this point in time because I am not receiving a response, my life is in a storage unit, and I cannot receive a response. I even addressed I was okay with transferring to another one of their property's if they were wanting to keep me as a tenant and there is still no response regarding a transfer either.
