I’ve rented from WLR for a little over a year now and I have to give them a review. Kim, Stephanie and Ronald have all been the literal best to rent from and/or work with. Any issue is handled promptly and perfectly. They are all great at what they do and I couldn’t ask for a better place to rent from. I have repeatedly recommended them to friends and co workers who ask me if I know of any places for rent in the area.

If I could give less of a rating I would! You own properties in Aroostook County Maine; properties you don't even acknowledge owning on your website!

These properties are overseen by a "hometown " guy who could care less about living conditions and solely about his reputation!!

***Rat infested buildings, shotty electrical, TRAMPOLINE floors!! Walls seperating from building!! ***

You employ a "maintenance " staff who are undertrained and overworked!! Yet you tell the tenants that WE are the problem?! Your people preach open communication but treat people like naughty children when we do?

We were your tenants for 4mo!! Worst renting nightmare of our life!! Will forever warn people to stay away from you and Kerry Simpson !! Worst experience in 30yrs of renting!!
