My experience was great! I live here for 4 months Great Pl. to live excellent job at the leasing office Mr Mort very helpful and professional never have an issue he always on top of things. The best thing about living here at Mountain Glen is that it has the most spacious apartments in Frederick. To add, I have been here to see the transformation of staff and then I discovered Melissa. She and her office staff (the 2 other ladies in the office) here are also very helpful and attentive. She may get busy but she's very productive. Shout out to "Paul" the maintenance guy! He has a great work ethic and I feel comfortable when he enters my apartment for service calls. He wasn't lazy at all and was very informative. He ran the show when ever he was accompanied by another fellow employee. Keep him!!

This was by far the worst experience of my life per housing rental. Staff was abusive and retaliatory , They are deleting new reviews that expose the truth and posting old reviews as if they're new. Joanne , Kathy and Rachel were wonderful ladies but they haven't worked here in over three years.The apts are huge and location is nice but it's not worth the abuse you will experience. .

My mother just moved to a lovely Mountain Glen Apartment and very happy with her choice. After looking at many other apartment complexes here in Frederick Mom loved the spacious and well thought out layout options of the Mountain Glen apartments. The office staff are wonderful. Joanne's assistance was outstanding.
