Overall not bad.
Getting the lease signed was easy. The place wasn't super clean when we moved in. I found old brownies in a cabinet and some cups left by a previous tenant. Not a big deal though. Just gave the house a thorough cleaning before really moving in (which honestly anyone should do before living in a rental anyways, common sense).
Sometimes difficult to receive responses from employees. May take a few follow ups on your behalf to receive a response.
They're busy, so it can be understandable. Employees are pleasant to speak with and do what they can to address any issues or concerns you may have.
The walk through for move-out was easy. Met Juan at the property and all went well.
Currently just waiting on the security deposit to be returned which takes 30-45 days from move out. (Moved out May 7).

Property is nice but that’s the owners not the property management. Property management is quite unprofessional as you can see from other responses. What professional company, brings up rent when they comment is about lack of communication and maintenance? What professional company includes someone’s case number in an online review response? They could be a better company if they tried to improve, instead of focusing on making excuses or making the tenants look bad.

Rented from Classic on 2 separate occasions. I ended up purchasing a home and made some issues with security deposit BUT Sean made sure that everything was fixed and that I was taken care of. I appreciate Sean for doing that. This company was very easy to get along with, reasonable pricing and always had someone fix any needed repairs in a timely manner. I highly recommend this rental agency.

My husband and I rented with this company for 4 years. We would have much rather worked with the home owner, which we did on numerous occasions. They would take days to return calls at times to assist us with repairs of the home. The one lady in the office isn’t very friendly or nice to work with. All in all they need more personal skills and management to be able to run efficiently.

This is the worst rental company I have ever rented from. I had the worst experience of my life and I will never deal with them again, even if it were my dream house. They never responded promptly and they nickle and dime you when moving out for inaccurate claims. A pipe burst in the basement and flooded the carpet, leaving stains due to their delayed response time and rust from the pipe. They claimed they replaced the carpet at that time so any stains were after the fact and I was responsible for fixing.....the carpet was never replaced when the pipe broke. They just air dried it and put it back 3 months later! I couldn't use 1/3 of the townhouse, the entire babement, for 3 months! But no, asking for that portion of rent to be deducted was absurd. Then they threaten you with court because they know no one wants to go through that. If I could give them negative stars, I would. The only reason they received 1 star is because google wouldn't let me post with 0 stars. Please trust the negative reviews because this company is absolutely unethical and immoral.

I switched to Classic Property Management (CPM) from another property management company when my property sat on the rental market for months. CPM was professional, listed and understood client and tenant needs, and was motivated to provide excellent services to both parties. Once I made the switch to CPM they were able to rent my property within the month. Since then, that lease expired and once again they moved quickly and had another leased signed before the other tenant had moved out. CPM truly understands the owner and tenant and delivers quality property management services.

***UPDATE***
My previous comment was pre mature. It all started in 2011 when I was young and naive. A person who worked for Classic Property Managment took my rent in cash for two months. I later found out that the cash had been pocketed and not put towards my rent. I was sued and because my word doesn’t mean anything I lost. Hindsight, I deserved it. I was stupid. Well, after I lost my case I started doing monthly payments on it till I “ payed it off” or so I thought until recently. The case is still pending and is showing like I haven’t paid off a dime. Obviously, my first reaction was to think they were trying to steal from me again. I am hoping this is a gross misunderstanding and it can be resolved in a timely manner but I have been calling day after day with no response. They wrote back at my previous review before even contacting me. I will write back once I get in touch with them and come to a less biased conclusion. Hopefully I can be proven wrong and Classic Property Managment has changed.
