I’d give 0 stars if I could. Literally the worst experience with a realtor I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I toured a townhome for rent in beautiful WV this evening. She was late to the tour, and when she finally arrived, she was talking on her cell phone. Walked right past us and fiddled with the locks. When she opened the door, she STILL didn’t say anything to us (she was too busy talking on the phone). We entered the house awkwardly and after a little bit of us standing in the hallway listening to her blab on the phone, she finally speaks to us and says “you can look around”. So we explored the whole townhome on our own. She didn’t even follow us upstairs. Didn’t give us a proper tour or show us anything (she was no longer talking on the phone, but she was too busy texting or something else on her phone the ENTIRE “tour”)… and she could hardly even answer the questions we did have for her. Besides the tiny bedrooms upstairs, the townhome was very nice. I tracked the history of the townhome and it’s been up for rent since August (7 months)!!! If it were just a hundred dollars less per month ($1890 a month is just a bit too pricey considering there’s a lot of cosmetic issues upstairs), and if the realtor was actually helpful, I’m sure this place would have been rented out months and months ago. I feel bad for the owner of this house who has gone 7 months with no rental income. It’s a nice home in a beautiful development. The realtor is just terrible. I hate to be this brutal, but it’s pure honesty.

I was hired to take photographs of a property with a time constraint of less than 8 hours to photograph and edit. The images did not come out to her liking and due to this she refused to pay the agreed price and blocked my number. Given the time constraint I was not able to return to retake the photographs. This is not an individual I would ever work with again nor would I recommend her services to others. Extremely unprofessional. Really inappropriate behavior.

I was referred to her as a realtor she never returned my call I .I could see the message was read. Very unprofessional. I don't know if she's just racist or just unprofessional
