Mr. Mark Snyder has been the best realtor. I live about an hour and half away from father and he has been like a guardian for me. He always makes sure my father is doing good and works with us like he is family. My father was renting for 5 years and then finds the house is being sold. Mark helped us find another rental that is perfect for my father within days. I have rented several places myself and have never come across anyone more help than this company. Appreciate all you have done for my family.

Next month would have been marked the 9th anniversary of our exclusive rental and management agreement with Mark Snyder which was one of the best agreements we've ever signed! Mark provided us with what a property owner expects in management such keeping accurate records of all transactions to the hiring of contractors to provide our tenants with timely responses to their needs. In June of 2020, Mark took on the additional task as our real estate agent and to that end, he assisted us through the process in an efficient and timely manner despite the ongoing covid-19 pandemic. Going forward, we wish Mark and his staff the very best in 2020 and beyond!

The Owner Mark Snyder is Rude. The Property Ad for Wayne Ave was false and misleading. Appliances were not new and when I ask him about them, he said they were. I opened the oven door and it had baked on food and a pan was left in the oven. When I walked in he commented... " I don't think this place is right for you" He was rude and very unprofessional. I ask him why the bath tub was sitting on bricks and he said he did not know. After I had enough of his nasty attitude I finally told him how I felt about his demeanor and that I would not rent from him and that I was going to request my application fee back, he replied its too late. This I know was not the case, because I had called the office before hand and was told it was not processed and that it had not been reviewed thus far. I told him I would dispute the charge (and I will) and he said to me and my sister F@@@ you! and started walking towards us and said "if you have something to say, say it to my face" I took it as a threat and this man should not be allowed to conduct business with the general public if he is going to behave in this manner.
I will be contacting HUD and VA realtors Association to report this incident. Stay away from this man.

This is going to be a doosy.
In the beginning of August of 2020, I was notified of a place coming open by a friend.
I'm a single, full time father of a wonderful 2yr old girl and the place was going to be perfect.
I went to Mans in person, rendered the fee for background processing and waited. For 2 mo. Before even setting foot in the door, I had more than enough money, in cash, to rent and have been sitting on it and then some in wait. Mind you, my first contact was with a middle aged blonde female with a rather irritated demeanor.
Knowing the property owners, I knew that the place needed fixing up. I was patient. Once it was done, I was at lunch with the owner, when he called Mans to let them know the place was ready to rent, and encouraged me to call one Mark Snyder. I did so on a few occasions, only to be told "we haven't made a decision yet, call me back on such and such day."
I compiled, only to be told the same.
Today, Oct. 8th, I was called by Mister Snyder, only to be told I did not get the apartment.
When questioned why, his response was "we gave it to a 'more qualified' applicant."
The issue here is that I wasn't denied. I was first in line, and if not flat out denied, means I qualified.
The issue here is this.
Finder's fee.
Had they have rented to me, their finder's fee would have been null, as the owners were the ones who encouraged me to call.
I get it.
But, to add insult to injury, Mr. Snyder calls back after the close of the denial conversation, to offer me a one bedroom.
I'm a single dad with a kid...
That is NOT going to work.
This place will never get my business.
I suggest any interested find some other agency or private person to rent from.
If their apparent lack of drive, understanding, commitment to clients is their normal modus operandi, you will be hard pressed for things like property maintenance or any other need.
One star is too many.

MANS property worked with us in a very timely manner to provide a rental property that fit our needs. Excellent communication with any issues that arose. One of the issues involved getting a new gasket for the garage. A couple of days later it was replaced. Very professional. No constructive feedback needed, they're on top of it.

I’ve dealt with a lot of property management companies and Mans is by far the most professional, organized, efficient and compassionate company I have encountered. Excellent is the rating I would give. If I have to look for a rental again I would call them first. If I ever need a company to manage a property for me I would definitely use them. Thank you Mans!

Had been living in a house then the landlord sold it to property management and a month later they kicked us out without notice because they changed the property to "storage area." I found out that it wasnt the first time they have done that to a family. When we called to figure out what was going on they were very rude and didnt care that they had just made a family of 4 homeless. If I could give them negative stars I would. I hope one day that they go through the same thing that put us through.
