We have used Wintergreen Home Watch for four years now and have nothing but good things to say about them. They are always professional, communicative and always do whatever we ask or find someone who can/will. Over the years, they've let us know every small detail about our house while we are away - even helping us figure out we had some trespassers (pointing out that the hot tub cover was not clipped as it was on the previous inspection). They have helped us when we had a roof leak (put out tarps/pots and contacted us immediately), let in contractors and made recommendations for service. We live in three hours drive away and rest easy knowing that WHW has our house covered. Chris and Jonathan are a great team and we couldn't be happier that we switched to Wintergreen Home Watch.

Actually I usually do not write reviews but felt that I must in this case to balance out the other one.

I have owned a WTG property for 13 years now and have had to use several property managers (and not) during that time. Wintergreen Home Watch has been the best set up by far. Chris, Lori, Robert and Jonathan have been superb in prompt communication, co-ordination of maintence and actually have picked up my slack when I made a mistake regarding our VRBO scheduling. I get a weekly updates on the property, reminders when any of my supplies for renters are running low, and they have close ties to the resort services so I can offer my renters 24hour repair services if anything should go on the fritz.

I have used Wintergreen Home Watch since their inception and cannot recommend them enough.

We recently sold our mountain home at Wintergreen Resort. For most of that time, Wintergreen Home Watch (WHW) was an invaluable partner in that ownership. For an extremely reasonable annual fee, they were always there to help. My family had zero cares about our home when we were not there. WHW made our place turnkey in every way. Their services are a must if you own property in the area and are away for long stretches of time.

We have use Wintergreen Watch, for many years, prior to Chris owning the Company, we have always had a great experience, his staff is professional, and owning a 2nd homes gives owner a great comfort knowing there house is being watched.

These people are terrible. They are not licensed as a business or locksmith , used my vacation home to sleep in and brought their girlfriends in there to leave unflushed gross toilets and damged the door in the lock change. A 60 inch flat screen tv and two blue rays went missing during their "property management " and they were the only people with the key and access to the property during the time it went missing. Caught him in at least two lies explaining to me about what he did to the property , and apparently he went with the police and locked all the keys he had to my unit in the house. After calling a proper licensed locksmith he noted how both deadbolts were locked so to get outside he would have had to have another key to lock door on way out. Also he told me he made four sets. Only two sets were inside
. These people are unlicensed dishonest theives who use your home and steal from it. They should not be able to enter into anyone's homes. Stay away from this company.
