Regretfully, I hired this company to do leaf removal this past fall. They are familiar with my neighborhood and, when I called to arrange service, they requested and received multiple pictures of my specific lot. Their Office Administrator then explained over the phone that they could come out and remove leaves approximately every 8 to 10 days in November and December (according to her, between a total of 5 and 6 times throughout the season) for one flat rate. Doing the math on the expected per-visit cost, I was willing to sign a contract, which also stipulated those terms: one flat rate for service approximately every 8 to 10 days. After signing the contract, I looked forward to regular service throughout the season as agreed to. Instead, however, I watched leaves pile up as they came out only twice in November and only once in the entire month of December. They are now threatening me with late fees, even after admitting that their own equipment failure, in part, interferred with their ability to provide timely service. We signed a contract, which they wrote, stipulating terms they established (presumably based on their experience running a leaf removal business). The contract is very clear and very simple. It does not discuss or depend on their internal man-hour calculations, how accurately they estimated those calculations, their actual costs, or any other factors, yet those are the things they are now bringing up to justify their billing. Do yourself a favor and find another company to do business with; one that knows how to write a contract and bill more accurately based on how they actually intend to accomplish the work.

We were using a different company and were not satisfied so we hired Blue Ridge to aerate and overseed then signed up with their yearly lawn maintenance starting this spring. Already we see huge improvements in our yard.

We also used them to install a large amount of sod where we had about 20 pine trees removed. The grass is thick and gorgeous.

We are very pleased with their services and the cost is very competitive. Mark and Liz are very helpful and professional. I highly recommend them.
