We recently worked with Paul to purchase a new construction condo in Sterling, VA. While we are familiar with other parts of northern VA, we are not familiar with Sterling. Paul provided insights into the area focusing on the attributes that we conveyed were important to us. He delivered objective advice on the various condos/builders we visited, subtly imparting advice on features, layout, and amenities based on our stated preferences. He also was able to refresh our memories and compare/contrast the features of the various units.
