Chanel Harper (realtor) came to my house and I opened the door for her. She went into my house like she owns the property. She did not addressed who she was other than hand me her business card. Thank god now I know her name to give this review. She went to the kitchen area with her prospective clients and she asked when can you move out. My husband said as soon as possible. She doesn’t bother asking anything. The reason we said ASAP because most of the stuffs are already packed and we just staying at the property until someone wants to sign the lease agreement. Of course she did not ask anything. When they are about to go down to check basement. Then she said that’s we are leaving with pissed of voice. Clients need to move in immediately and left. Yep just like that. That tells you her negotiating skill is 0. She won’t do anything unless she gets something out of it. I have never seen her rudeness and her customer service skills in my life. I will not recommend to her to do the business.
