My agent was Alexandra Allen
Ali is very professional and cares about her clients. She was very patient with me looking at many homes while pointing out the good and potential issues.
Once I finally found a home I liked she worked diligently to win the contract with terms that I wanted. Ali then scheduled the inspections, walked them with me asking questions I wouldn’t have thought of and had repairs done very quickly. When I thought Ali couldn’t do any more she was able to get me to the settlement table on the date promised when the loan broker said it couldn’t be done. To say I was impressed and happy with Ali is a understatement. Thank you Ali and Centry 21!

We rented a condo from January to August 2016 on Grosvenor lane in stafford, VA through them. Don Helleu, our property manager, was extremely slow to contact his handy man to have our dishwasher fixed. We went months without a dishwasher. The property owner also kept our security deposit as she had not been kept up to speed on the holes from pictures hung by previous tenants and damage. We did not find this out until I had called Don to ask where the security deposit was after we had already moved out of state. I do not recommend having them as your property managers if you are renting.

Where should we Start, My wife and I meet Renee Williams in 2012, we were looking to buy, but we were not ready. I called her in December of 2015 and She remember who I was. So she took us out the next day for about 3 weeks looking for our new home. She found us the perfect house and it meet all of our needs. Renee treated me like a son, she was always available, advised me and even cared about getting test done to the home for my children. Renee got me a Great Mortgage CO ACMLLC. 4 bucks more than what I was paying, Renee knew Stafford like the back of her hand. My wife and I were very pleased with Renee pleasant mood, professionalism, just a pleasure to work with, and I highly recommend Renee if you are buying a home in this area.

When I say Lillian is the best, she really is. This was my first home purchase ever. PCSing to a new area, and about to buy a house, my first house in a place that I’ve never visited, I was a little nervous, and I was a little afraid. However, I was able to find Lillian, Lillian helped me, she was extremely patient. I was able to overcome all of my concerns because of her extensive professional knowledge and her network in the area. I grew to be a strong buyer because Lillian had taught me a lot. Lillian was definitely one of the most influential person in my life, and it was huge. I couldn’t imagine what would happen to me if I didn’t have a good start. I’d like to say that I trust Lillian with all of my heart and I thank her and her broker dearly for my experience with Century 21. Know, I’ve learned a little about brokers recently; realtors really matter when it comes to my judgment of finding an agent because I just wanted to stay away from some. However, because of Lillian, Century 21 remains on top of my list and I’ll give my fair amount of recommendation to those whom may need to find a realtor.

I would like too share one of my experience’s with this company especially about Eddie Windsor he was introduced to me by Tracey Farmer as I was looking for a place to rent after speaking with Eddie on several occasions and meeting with him at several rentals he found that he thought would fit all of my needs we finally agreed on one after getting the paperwork filled out and submitting everything along with checks for first month plus security deposit and also a pet fee some problems arose and I informed Eddie of what was going on he completely understood what was happening and as luck would have it the company that actually had this rental listed was located upstairs in the same building that Eddie was working in Eddie explained to me that he would need to speak with the ladies upstairs and would get back in touch with me well later that evening he did and explained the ladies upstairs completely understood and I could come in the next morning and pick up my checks , well later that night things seemed to have changed and I called Eddie the next morning explained the new situation he was happy for me and we decided I would come in later that day get everything taken care of and all would be good .. well much to my dismay things happened and I was not able to go through with renting this particular place I dreaded making this call again too Eddie but he again totally understood as well as the ladies from upstairs ( I so wish I could remember the name of this company but sadly cannot) Eddie is an extremely understanding professional in this line of work I would recommend him too anyone that may be looking for a rental or the purchase of a home .. when I do get these unforeseen matters taken care I Century 21 Redwood along with Eddie Windsor will be the only Real Estate company I will deal with.. again thank you Tracey for introducing me to Eddie and Eddie thank you for all that you have done for me and understanding my problems and thank you too the Ladies upstairs for their understanding, all of these people not only understood what I was going through but they all truly cared , again thank you all so so much ..
