This company is incredibly irresponsible and never returns phone calls or always transfers to a voicemail. I have been struggling with them since January regarding my rent, especially after my lease ended in March when I informed them I would not renew and told them on January 31. I finally got access to make a payment on March 20, but by then, I had already missed two months' payment, and they are now refusing to remove late charges and their fees. They even threatened to take me to court and set a date after speaking to them. I call them weekly, but I always get the same response: "We will call you back," and they never do. It took them five months to fix my furnace during the winter, leaving us without heat for days. The doors are falling off their hinges, and they still have not repaired them. There are two broken windows, one of which has been like that since June, and I still have mold above my shower that has been there for over six months. Despite all these issues, I face consequences due to their failure to provide a proper way for me to pay my rent.

Let’s start with no smoke detectors in the entire home. The 2 outdoor lights did not work. The kitchen light, bedroom closet light and second bedroom light are all broken. Even after I asked that the lights be checked before I moved in. Garbage disposal was never hooked up and the dishwasher is dead.
The kitchen sink was clogged. If someone just moved the stopper you could see hair, string, and other stuff that was shoved down the drain.
I’ve been here less than 2 months and the refrigerator started dying and my food was warm. It took over a week to finally get a new one.
The handyman is NOT licensed and when he was here to fix the porch light I caught him looking in my window!!!

Edit: your vendor never tried it to set up any times with me. I even sent you his text messages. He showed up when he wanted to without contacting me. And that doesn’t excuse him peeking in my window. That’s the kind of people you employ! And your realtor lied when she told me that the garbage disposal worked in the dishwasher work, and there was a lawn service to do the lawn. Now I have to pay for a lawn service on my own because she lied about it. You people are crooks.
