Len has been managing the rental of our single family home since November of 2023. We plan to live in this home in the future and were looking for someone who would take excellent care of our property as well as excellent care of our tenants. Reliable MGMT has been excellent–Len’s team truly goes above and beyond. From the move-in process, where Len managed the preparation of the unit, the communication with the new tenants, and the financial arrangements, to the day-to-day maintenance that seems to just happen automagically and promptly, I always feel informed, and have no concern that anything might fall on me to pick up. Most importantly to me, I feel confident that the unit will be managed and the tenants happy without my proactive involvement.
