Ethan installed a new parking area in our front yard . It’s been a year now and it still looks as good as the day he completed it . We park everything from small trailers , SUV’s and even a 1 ton diesel truck on it and it is holding up great . We will have him out again soon to lengthen out driveway parking area into the back yard behind the fence and I’m sure it will be phenomenal . We also had him distribute the removed topsoil onto the front lawn and power rake it in and over seed the yard .

I would NOT give Ethan of Lineberry Development, any stars at all!!! I had Ethan come out and give me a quote for a retaining wall, French drain and regrade driveway. I excepted his quote and we set up a date for install. The day of install, he texted me that they were canceling due to weather, even though it did not rain much that day. Two weeks go by and I don’t hear back from him to reschedule, so I text him. He gives me another date for install and I accept. I text him 3 days before date job was set up for and ask if we are still on for that date. I get a one word text response back ‘yes’! Day of install comes and he is a NO SHOW!!! I text and nothing! I call and leave a VM, for him to call me and big surprise, I get no return call.

If you want a true professional, I recommend Bailey’s Landscaping services. Steven was extremely professional, responsive and reasonably priced. I was blown away but what a good job he did!

This company did a fantastic job on my drive way! My car used to really struggle to drive up my driveway because of the massive pot holes in the dirt, anytime it rained my driveway looked like a lake. Lineberry development came in and fixed it right up! They paved it and got rid of all the holes! They were very timely and thorough and had great customer service. I was really impressed with how well they did and will definitely be using them again for any future projects. Definitely worth your money!
