Had them seed, aerate and Harley rake the yard in the fall. It was lightly aerated. The seed was put down but it doesn't look like the Harley rake was even used. We called and the management team came back out and agreed but nothing was done and absolutely no follow up on their end. Now to do it right, I would have to tear up everything I have already paid for and start over.

Just wanted to thank the Schultz crew for an amazing job on our back patio. It was a big project but the crew worked quickly and efficiently. Jay and Sherri kept us up to date on everything going on and went out of their way to make sure the yard and everywhere work was done or materials were staged was left better then they arrived.

We are mandated by our Twin Rivers Board/Developer to use Shultz Landscaping and they are horrible. They use big lawnmowers in small spaces tearing the grass up. I’ve had a termite and drain cover shredded, they don’t notify us when they are going to irrigate, they tore up new grass that I had just planted, they just went through the neighborhood leaving a chemical burn on everyone’s yard. They threw dirt on top of the chemical burn as a resolution. I’ve reached out to them with no response. If we had a voice in the decision the majority of our neighborhood would choose a different company.

Run as fast as you can in another direction away from this company because they will absolutely ruin your yard-we purchased a home, where the HOA fees are for lawn maintenance-consistent deterioration since we purchased our home in September 2021. The first time they cut her yard they ran over the termite bait traps in the yard and cracked half of them. This past week they fertilized the the yards in our neighborhood and by their own admission burnt the lawns. They always cut the grass too short and they weed eat all the way down to the dirt ,when and where they don’t weed eat they use weed killer. We got no notice when they were coming to aerate the yard this past week so I’m sure all my sprinkler heads are ruined , they are awful !!!!

Schultz Lawnscapes made our driveway refresh a breeze. A fast turnaround on the inspection gave us a great quote, we were on their schedule the next week and they had the work done before we even got home that evening, which is important as we share a driveway with a neighbor as well. They have a contract with our HOA. They cut our grass too low, burn up our grass, and leave our lawns a mess. They throw waste from pruning in our yards too. My lawn looks awful and my kids can't play it it because it's dead and dead grass makes for a muddy yard when it rains. The last time they were here, they left globs of mud on my driveway. They go through my lawn to get to the buffer when they aren't even doing my lawn, which I don't appreciate. Park in the street and stop racing through my yard. They were just ok at first, but quality and service has gotten very poor. They aren't even trying anymore. Definitely don't recommend.

Excellent experience with Schultz Lawnscape. Ric Erickson listened to our wants and came up design for our small garden space and Jorge's crew did a tremendous executing the plan. Highly recommend Schultz Lawnscapes.
