Literally the worst place I’ve ever lived. This past year we’ve went a month without heat or ac and they brought one little space heater for us to use to heat the entire apartment. The plugs in the bed room won’t even work and they’ve told us for over a month they would fix them. Stuff is constantly breaking and they do not care to fix it in a speedy manor. They continue to raise the rent every year and yet refuse to do the bare minimum up keep. I do not recommend anyone ever moving here. In fact I will do my due diligence to let people know the poor quality and disregard these apartments have!!! YOU WILL OVER PAY AND YOU WILL NOT BE CARED FOR. THEY WANT NOTHING BUT YOUR MONEY. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!! AND READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN CONSIDER IT!!!

I gave them 2 stars. I'm so glad God saved us from moving here. This place is just money hungry and I was told by someone that lived there it was not a great place to live. Not just that even we had a voucher and the housing authority even approved the apartment and said how much they would pay. We was going to move there 3 in a half hours away from where we live now and even went there to see the apartment. Sent in 100 dollar money order. Anyway my husband has cancer and needed to be closer to Charlottesville VA and they denied us even though I paid a few bills that needed paid we would still get denied. It's a shame frfr. God made a way for us to stay where we need to be at right now.

Moved in less than 2 years ago for $950.00 monthly, I could afford that.. next thing I know less than 2 years later It's been raised to $1,175, definently not worth it. Not worth it for paper thin walls and ceilings, absent landlords until they want to raise already high rent, me and other tenants struggling every single day barely making due and I can't even get ahold of the office to speak with anyone. The maintenance workers are fantastic I will say, but the person in charge needs to realize not many people can afford $1,175 on a single income in waynesboro. If I could end my lease today I would.

If I could give zero stars I would. Save yourself the trouble by not moving here!! I regret it everyday. I have never felt so personally victimized by a downstairs neighbor and THE LEASING office! After 3 years of being a respectable tenant by paying my rent on time, I have found this past year to be the worst as they bring in new management and make up a ton of silly rules THEN spam your email with threats to evict you if you don’t obey smh. I pay $1,145.00 a month for THIN floors, fake balcony, NO washerndryer, and constant harassment from downstairs neighbor & leasing office. I SHOULD ONLY HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT PAYING MY RENT!!

Do yourself a favor a look elsewhere. You will be fighting mold, trying in vain to get in contact with management, and, as other reviewers have stated they will never return your security deposit.

The absolute worst experience of our entire lives! First off our air broke in the middle of July and no one was coming to fix it anytime soon. We have a Siberian Husky and it was extremely dangerous for him to be in that kind of heat and they didn’t care. We had mice all the time and they would leave traps in our apartment without telling us! They continually raised rent in the middle of a global pandemic. And best of all they will send out a cop to your house over carpet cleaning almost a year and a half after we moved out. They won’t send letter or even give you a phone call saying that you owe them money they just go straight to calling the cops. This is also after we never missed a single payment and we always payed on time. They also kept our security deposit and on top of that we payed a pet deposit! We never knew we owed them money and would have happily payed it but now we have to pay for carpet cleaning and court fees!! I want to warn people so you don’t get robbed by these greedy money hungry people!!!

This place sucks. They only care about milking you for more money when ever they can. The ONLY good thing i can say is that the maintance team is awesome. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! They do NOT care about you!

Very nice people I put in a Maintenance request thru the app it's so easy and they jump on it within a day unless it's a emergency rent might b high but it's worth it for the convenience of all the close by food chains and stores within 3miles(I have one of the 3 bedroom 1 Inna half baths townhouse apartments)
