We love renting from Dan and Sally. After several really crappy landlords it was nice to find one that really works with his tenants. He’s been available every time we’ve called needing something and its fixed within 24 hours every time.

I wouldn't rent from this company. The landlord is a a slumlord. He puts in minimal effort into maintaining the units, and demands maximum profit from his tenants; He chargers exorbitant pet deposits(1 month rent+ monthly pet fee, IN ADDITION to your regular security deposit, and 1st month's rent) . Had I known the true condition of my unit I would have rented elsewhere. If you're in dire need of a unit and don't care too much about the property then, this could work. Otherwise, I'd go elsewhere.

I was referred by a friend to Sally as our landlord is selling his property and we are actively searching. I called and she was extremely rude and short with me. She stated everyone was treated the same and I would have to look on Zillow at properties and kept repeating everyone was treated the same. I didn’t ask for any special treatment. I simply stated that I was given her number by the person who gave it to me and wondered if she had any properties available. She cut the call off after repeating the same thing over and over without listening to anything I said saying she was busy and literally hung up on me. I would never even consider giving my money to someone who could treat a potential client with such disdain for asking about available properties; if she treats potentials that way I cannot imagine how they treat you once you’ve given them your money and need anything. Shocking behavior.
