Words of advice...DONT DO IT! I wish I had checked reviews before dealing with this company. You have to pay $60 per adult supposedly for a background check.. Until that process is completed, you can't even look at a place. We got denied for the first apartment, only to be told that now we would not be able to check any other rentals. Thinking it doesn't cost $120 to get the reports and do absolutely nothing else for you.. Then they refuse to return any of the money. Easy money for them, sucks for the customer. Takes a lot of nerve to treat people this way. Please, as they say, BUYER (RENTER) BEWARE.

I have tried to apply for apartments two times with these people. I’m also hearing this happens a lot With potential customers. My issue is I don’t understand how they require you to pay for an Application Before even being able to potentially see the property in person. So you’re already gambling $50 or however much they decide the application fee to be. Once you put the application in you’re gonna wait probably two days and they’ll get back to you saying that you’re denied. There won’t be much of a reason why you got denied or anything. They don’t tell you if you can apply for more properties after being denied, All they do is take your money and run. And if you think you can get a cosigner because you have not the best credit, Think again the only way they take a cosigner is if you have no credit… I don’t understand how they can control over most of the lower Budget rental properties in Waynesboro and still practice these kinds of principles. I will 100% never be applying to any properties that are managed by These people again. I Strongly discourage anybody from doing business with them and highly recommend that you go to a well-known realty company And not some local ripoff.

After a year and a half I receive a call from a collection agency for a past due amount. Yet I have a letter from antietam realty saying I don't have a balance. Do not rent from this company!

Do yourselves a favor and do your research before filling out any form or renting and just RUN!! They need to be investigated and audited because im pretty sure half of the stuff they get away with is illegal and because nobody is informed on tenant rights, not to mention all the lawsuits against them were judges have ruled against the management company. Rented from them for about 3 years and it was a nightmare. From buildings in conditions that should be condemned and not rented out to the less than professional and helpful staff to never taking any accountability this place is a joke and a scam.

I honestly wish I could give them zero stars. The amount of issues we encountered with these individuals; its depressing just thinking about it. We were in the midst of the pandemic and were struggling and wanted to save so, we took a risk moving here. Boy, do I regret ever making that choice. We lived with mold both pink and black. Our tub was clogged for half a year despite us informing them way before moving in. Not to mention it was disgusting in the stairway case and the outside. It constantly smelled of urine and cigarettes. Oh, not to mention we lived with roaches for a good 4 months until the exterminators came and handled that. I guess that was the only thing that was ever resolved. My stay here was so terrible it was quite literally giving respiratory issues along with my young son. I made the mistake of compromising not only my health, but my son’s as well. Never again! I hope you don't take this review lightly and really reconsider a different facility that actually has morals and basic humane living standards. DISGUSTING!!

Predatory company who relies on $60 app fees per adult. No reason someone should be denied for a property when they have perfect renters history and the property is only an 8th of an individuals income

These people are crooks. They will tell you you have to pay a $25 application fee and then not approve you if your credit score is not perfect. It doesn’t matter how long you’ve been renting from someone and that your bills are all paid on time. Save yourself the hassle and find someone else to rent through these people do dirty business. People are not allowed to go through tough times and then start back over with Antietam Realty.

Horrible property management, horrible maintaunence, horrible service. Our apartment has had multiple maintenance issues and they have ignored us and shuffled us around so many times. Only when it becomes an issue to the tenant below or beside you will they care to fix any problems. Do not bother calling, they will not answer. Don't bother leaving messages either, as they also go ignored. If you need something done ASAP you need to drive all the way out to see them and hope the person working at that time cares enough about the issues.
Do not rent from them unless you ABSOLUTELY have to.
