Amazing staff everything was amazing in the move in process. Staff was professional and organized. Lisa was amazing and fun to work with walked me through the complex and kept me informed on my application process and would recommend the apartment to someone I know and trust to move in. Great location off the main road and safe.

I have lived here since August, and can finally leave an honest review. My leasing agent, Lisa Valenzuela was awesome, answered all of my questions in a timely manner and made sure I got every special they offered to get me moved in! Even now, remembers me ( and my son, by name)!The entire staff is amazing, and as long as you communicate and work with them,they will work with you! Maintenance is quick, efficient and so friendly! Only downfall, is other residents aren't always courteous about noise or picking up poop. But overall I would recommend them! Did I mention affordable?

We walked into the leasing office, and before he even stepped complete inside, we were friendly, greeted by Lisa Valenzuela. She is super friendly, professional, and funny. You could tell she really enjoys working here and helping people. We look forward to moving in and being residents here.

I'm very happy with the property. The manager Catalina has great customer service skills. The property is always clean and well kept. The grounds are always clean, the pools blue, and parking is available and free of trash. I'm very happy with this team!

I love atmosphere here, the smell the palm trees and everyone was very helpful and sweet. Lisa Valenzuela was extremely helpful and funny, she likes to feed people that come in and make sure they're taken care of in anyway she can. I gotta give it up to the maintenance team on keeping the grounds nice and clean. Attending work orders in a timely manner and fixing all issues as soon as they can. Thanks to Isauro, Octavio, Amado and Francisco for all your hard work, it does not go unnoticed.
