This is the worst property management company I have dealt with. They don’t communicate with the tenants at all. They never answer the phones. I have spent days trying to get a hold of someone to no avail. They don’t send any notices at all. If they are going to do construction thats going to affect you for the months to come you won’t know about it until you see it happening out of nowhere. They are going to shut off the water? Great you wont know until you are trying to shower before going to work. They are removing your parking spot or laundromat? Great you wont know until its gone. They dont bother sending any type of notice. They just care about collecting the rent and don’t care about the tenants. So if you are looking to rent a property managed by Secured Properties BEWARE

Secured Properties Management Group has saved our family assets. When my siblings and I inherited our family's properties we also inherited the management company that had for years managed them for my parents. Little did we know just how inept they were. SPMG came in and audited all of the expenses and found so many different ways for us to save money, they have been a God send. Communication is excellent and they truly care about our properties as if they were owned by them! Cant recommend enough! Much gratitude....

Hello to everyone who renting on this or with this Secured Properties Company apartments, like today 10/09/2024 no water, this company don't gives us 24 hrs Notice of Shut down water. the building around is always duty tenants don't respect space parking, this company don't put attention ontheir units. very disapointed.

Ryan and his team are extremely knowledgeable and go the extra mile for their clients. Ryan takes his time to explain everything and promptly replies to any questions, concerns, or issues. Alexis Kim was an awesome real estate agent!! She is very experienced with the real estate market and area we were interested in buying our first home. I never felt pressured and she lined up home of various prices so my husband and I could get an idea of what types of homes we could expect to see at different price points. Alexis was always available to answer any questions we had about the home buying process. She was fairly accurate with estimates of potential repairs and predicting how much certain homes would sell if multiple offers were given on the phone. I felt she was pretty savvy during the negotiation process and we were able get a majority of our requests fulfilled when we were in escrow (more than what we expected)! I would highly recommend her and would definately work with her again.
