I moved in here a month ago when I moved in my shower was broken and couldn’t shower only hot water came out we paid for a upgraded unit and they put a shower head from the old apartments and said we can’t change it you should’ve just gotten a normal apartment STUPID. Our sink didn’t work either it was all leaking wholes in the walls loose fans that you can’t even turn on no electricity in the bathroom. They said they’re gonna come and come a day and just talk alot and don’t even do their work and say they’re gonna be back and don’t they’re aware of it! Don’t recommend the management doesn’t care either maintenance or the useless in the office.(they still haven’t fixed my stuff after a month I let them know the first week I moved in!) when I called they said they got other important stuff to work on that they haven’t forgot.

If cheap rent is your goal then this place will suit just fine. If you enjoy anything else I suggest you look elsewhere. The parking lot is full of trash and there is dog poop everywhere. The water has been shut off at least twice a month over the past year for repairs that take full days and the pool is usually bright green and closed

Edit 7/30/2024: Water was shut off again today without warning

Edit 8/4/2024: Water shut off again today

This place is garbage. I used to live here back when it had different management and was affordable. Moved in 2019 for 630 a month for a nice 1 bedroom that was like 850 Sq ft. Now they want you to pay 1300 for a 500 Sq ft roach infested apartment. For no reason. There's no bus line near here. Maintenance is practically non existent. The laundry machines don't even get your clothes clean. Druggies are all over the place. The only store within walking distance is a circle k. Just don't live here. There are so many better places (closer to town, where you don't need to take freeway for practically everything) for cheaper. Also, this neighborhood in general is essentially unwalkable. So on top of the overpriced slum you're paying, expect to spend at least 150 on gas a month. Again, you're going to need the freeway basically everything. If you're needing to go to the the University area or downtown expect at least a 30 minute drive. If you're heading over to the east side or north side then you're looking at well over an hour spent in traffic. If you wanna spent over a grand a month to live far away from anything cool or important with greedy and negligent management, and if no pest control and neighbors you can't trust isnt an issue, then this is the place for you!

Apartment was nice for a decent price, but the office staff were horrible they never answer the phone and take a way longer lunch then needed. Manager as well as the other staff were very rude and made you feel like a bother going in and asking a question. The pool was hardly ever opened and when it was it was disgusting and dirty, as well as the gym that was being “remolded” for months would not recommend for anyone.

Infested with bed bugs and thousands of tiny and giant roaches ?!!! The office is well aware of the problems!! Most disgusting apartments in Tucson hands down! Don't be fooled, they try to make it look nice but it's a nightmare in the night time. A horrible place, you'll never sleep from the bed bugs eating into your skin and roaches by the hundreds come up from the sinks so you can never cook there. You'll wake up from the itching and have bloody bed sheets every day! There's no getting rid of them period. Stay away, don't even visit this place or you'll take home the bed bugs and regret it forever!! These are just the facts, I promise.

Leah, Katrina and Alba were very helpful and courteous. In my lengthy stay at Mission Tierra, I can say that they were friendly, kind and professional. As a senior citizen, I also appreciated the respect and patience they gave me as an older person.

Just wanted to state that as a previous resident I went through difficulties with neighbors. Regardless of my personal experience, the new management of these apartments are great at there job!! Super helpful when I needed help and resolved issues as soon a possible.

Moving forward I feel like future residents will be really satisfied with their experience here; they truly got better management!.
