Christy is very good at her job. I admire her efficiency and ability to close a concern ;which has been rare since she began managing this property after the previous owner departed. I’ve never witnessed a change in ownership go as smoothly from a tenant’s perspective in my life. She is never evasive and respects everyone equally and in the rare occasions she is needed to be a median ,extremely quick to a rational resolve. I have been a tenant with this management group since 2020. When the time comes to relocate I would definitely recommend my property to anyone who is looking and at the same time consider other properties with this same group. Absolutely.

Rented from Christi for 6 years. She's always professional, quick and easy to contact. Maintenance reports were addressed quickly and thoroughly. Christi and her staff were friendly and very approachable. Best landlord we've ever had!

We lived in a house here in Irwin Tennessee for 3 and 1/2 years. Nothing got fixed in the home. Black mold set up in the bathroom never got fixed. They put a vent but it got worse with black pockets, dishwasher stop working couldn't use the microwave or it would blow the breaker to the whole house you would tell them what was wrong with the house. No one come out to fix it. No one come out to see it and now they want to sue us. Living in that home was the worst mistake. It's not worth a thousand plus a month and not speaking of the neighbors being really bad. Drug addicts. So everything that has messed up with the house they want to come at us and sue us when they never came out to look at the problem. would not recommend this property listing and rental agency.

I rented from this agency for three months over this past Summer. I have to say, the apartment was in great condition and very affordable. I never had any trouble with the agency and they promptly returned my security deposit, in full, within two weeks (of course, we did take good care of the premises and pay rent on time). The lease agreement was easy to understand and not overly demanding on the tenant's side.

My one recommendation would be to offer online rental payments. It was a bit of a hassle to purchase money orders and deliver them physically each month. All things considered, I would recommend this agency to anyone.

I have rented through this agency around 3 years now. They have been amazing. With all of the places raising prices for rentals, they have been very minimal increases. I believe I've only had 3 maintenance requests everyone was taken care of extremely quickly. Could not ask for better landlords. Highly recommend using them.

No option for virtual apartment tours. How were they conducting tours during COVID? You are forced to come in. I live 7 hours away. When I was going to move up to Pittsburgh (4 hours away), they gladly did a virtual apartment tour because they actually care about helping people find good homes. I hope this experience isn't a reflection of Tennessee as a whole. Going without another property management company that actually care about renters.

If I could give it less I would! Christy has to be the rudest person I know! She has to own this place and pay these people to say these nice things! I tried to rent a place, from the very beginning she was RUDE! Wanted me to drive to Johnson City fill out application get keys, drive back to Kingsport to the property, view it then drive back to Johnson city to turn the keys back in! When you are showing a rental or a sale home you bring the keys to the property! I work for my money I can not ask off for a hour an a half from work because you can’t show a place or work with me on times! I will never rent or buy from this agency and for sure would not recommend!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about how much we loved working with the management here! Christi is helpful, kind, and professional every time you walk into the office; she is prompt with responses to your needs and is always making sure you have adequate notice of any and all maintenance entries, winter warnings, and helpful hints to make your renting experience a delight. Our apartment fit our exact need for as long as we needed it and we were able to buy our first home!
