From the first phone and the inperson viewing it was absolutely wonderful , friendly and warm. The tour was great all questions were answered we were well informed. After filling out the application the wait for approval was less than 24hrs and the minute the office got the information we received our phone call.

One word I would use to describe the staff.. horrible. The apartments alone are over priced. They are hastily made cookie cutter townhomes that are 1400 square feet. When first moving in all I heard about was heat not working and stairs caving in. Anyone looking to rent here make sure you are ready to pay 2100$ a month in rent for mediocre housing and terrible service. To give a brief summary the management team had completely changed in March of this year. The new staff was completely unfriendly, very uncommunicative, and very disrespectful. There were technical difficulties with their website on their end. I was not able to sign in to my account or even confirm I had made one. Upon calling the staff they thought I was lying to them and charged me late fees. They realized I wasn’t lying and told me they would put a ticket in to fix it. It never happened. This went on from April to July of this year. I was charged late fees for three of those months. I was told over the phone that I had attitude and that she was tired of dealing with me and my side of the family because I was asking why my security deposit and prorated rent were lower than what they should be. Which I was right to ask because these people pulled out nearly 200$ from my security deposit check without any billing statements or transparency from the staff. I didn’t receive any reason as to why until I called them to ask. These apartments used to be kid friendly until new management came and told everyone the children weren’t allowed to leave the driveways. These people do not care about their tenants and only want money. The only time they assist anyone with anything is when it’s convenient for them. If I could give a zero star rating I would. Potential tenants stay far far away from here.

We recently moved into Villas at North Park and couldn't be happier with our decision! The townhome is beautifully designed with modern finishes, spacious rooms, and plenty of natural light. The community is quiet, well-maintained, and the neighbors are friendly. The management team has been incredibly responsive and helpful from the moment we first toured the property to moving in and settling down. The location is also fantastic, with easy access to shopping, dining, and parks. We highly recommend Villas at North Park to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish place to live!

I’ve had nothing short of a great experience since moving in here! Rachel went above and beyond to try to help me be able to qualify for the incentives they had going and make sure my move in process was a breeze. She’s reached out multiple times to check how things are going since and has always been super helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. Everyone here has been super friendly since I moved in! You can tell the walls are thinner than they would be in a house but that’s how it would be anywhere you go! I would definitely recommend it!

We absolutely loved living here! Unfortunately we had to leave this beautiful area due to accepting a new position hours away. Rachel was wonderful with making sure our time spent here was comfortable and enjoyable. She handled any small issues we had quickly and thoroughly. This is a wonderful place to live.

I had nothing but a wonderful experience with North Park Villas. The townhouses are beautiful and spacious; it was the nicest place I have ever lived and if it wasn't for me having to move for a job; I would still be there today. Rachel was such a great manager as well. She was always attentive and caring. She truly wanted to make every experience joyful. When we moved out, she made everything extremely easy; and I cannot thank her enough for her help. North Park Villas also put on a lot of fun events and want their residents to interact with each other. They are really developing a community there; and trying to modernize neighborly relationships. Long story short, if you are looking for a safe, respectful, beautiful place in the Kingsport area; give Rachel at North Park Villas a call and come tour the townhomes; its truly a great place to live.
